If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund process.
Return Process

Ensure your request is submitted within 7 days of delivery and that the items remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a clear photo of the product or any shipping damage encountered.

Wait for our team to review your claim; if approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
